Pushchair

Depending on what your everyday life looks like, your pushchair will need to fulfil different requirements. Newborn babies need a model with a carrycot, as they cannot yet sit in a pushchair. Older babies who can sit up can be transported in a pushchair or buggy. Many of our models are 2 in 1, so they grow with your child. The choice of terrain is also crucial. Outdoor pushchairs have larger wheels and can easily cope with uneven terrain, while city models are more suitable for tarmac roads. As a general rule, the larger the wheels, the more all-terrain the pushchair is. Therefore, always consider how you will use the pushchair before buying and select the appropriate categories in our shop.

Until when a child will use the pushchair is individual and also depends on your lifestyle. If you walk a lot, it is often practical for a 3- or 4-year-old child to have a place to rest. Other children say goodbye to the pushchair at the age of 2 and prefer to ride a balance bike. Many of our models are approved for up to 22 kg and can also be used by older children without any problems - just as it makes sense for you and your family. How can I get advice when buying a pushchair?

Pushchairs are available in every price category and for every budget. However, experts such as Stiftung Warentest recommend spending at least €300 or more on a pram to ensure the quality is right. After all, a pushchair should be robust and durable and offer your baby the highest level of safety. At Hartan, you will find tested models from around 799 euros that fulfil the highest quality standards.

You can easily wash removable fabric parts in the washing machine at 30 degrees (delicate cycle) with a mild detergent. The remaining fabrics can either be cleaned dry with a clothes brush or using a mild detergent. The chassis, especially the wheel axles, must also be cleaned every 4 weeks. Detailed information can be found in the instruction manuals for your Hartan model.
