Hartan® 10-year guarantee

For four generations, our family-run company, based in Sonnefeld, has been dedicated to the well-being and health of babies. A Hartan® stroller is therefore something truly special and will accompany you throughout your life.

In addition to the statutory warranty of two years, we grant you a 10-year guarantee on all strollers, buggies and accessories (hereinafter referred to as "products") for the first purchase, starting from the date of purchase on 1 November 2025 .

The most important warranty conditions at a glance

  • 2-year statutory warranty + 10-year guarantee from the date of purchase when buying a new Hartan® stroller
  • The voluntary 10-year warranty requires that the product be registered within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.
  • Valid for all purchases from November 1st, 2025 and only for the first purchase.
  • Valid for products purchased within the EU and Switzerland.
  • No warranty claims apply to used purchases or purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.

Hartan manufactures prams and buggies using the latest technologies and high quality standards, guaranteeing that the products are free from production and material defects.

The defects covered by the warranty are listed in the table "Warranty Benefits" .

Durations

  • The statutory warranty begins upon delivery of the product.
  • The 10-year warranty also begins upon delivery of the product.

Upon delivery, the warranty holder is obliged to check the product for defects and to immediately notify the official Hartan® specialist dealer or Hartan® itself.

Warranty service

In the event of a warranty claim, the defect will be remedied at Hartan®'s discretion:

  • Repair by Hartan®
  • Repair by an official Hartan® dealer
  • Repair by an official Hartan® service center
  • Improvement
  • Delivery of spare parts
  • Delivery of new goods (replacement)

If the product cannot be used, contact your official Hartan® dealer or Hartan® immediately. The work will then be carried out as follows:

  • on site
  • in the specialist dealer's workshop
  • at Hartan®

Hartan® reserves the right to change or discontinue products, components, or parts. In the event of a warranty claim, replacement products or parts of at least comparable quality will be supplied. Color variations are possible.

The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from official Hartan® retailers within the EU or Switzerland and not to products purchased outside this area.

Replaced parts become the property of Hartan®. Compensation for use may be claimed in accordance with §§ 346–348 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The warranty is not extended by repair or replacement.

No further claims can be made under this warranty, in particular no claim for a loaner stroller or compensation for damages. The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
