Wind protection for strollers

If your baby is still in the carrycot, they are already very well protected from wind by the cover and the pram hood. If it is very windy and rainy, an additional rain cover helps. In a pushchair or buggy, your child sits more freely, which means extra protection is needed. A wind cover can be easily attached to the pram and creates an effective barrier that keeps out both wind and cold. This way, your baby enjoys maximum comfort even in unpleasant weather, and you don't have to worry about their well-being.

Our Hartan wind covers are made of durable materials, but they are not permanently waterproof and are not intended as rain protection. In case of rain, you should therefore use an additional rain cover, which is already included when purchasing a Hartan stroller.

To protect your baby in the stroller, you should rely on a combination of warm clothing and good stroller accessories. Instead of a thick snowsuit, choose warm layers made of materials like wool and combine them with a hat, gloves, a winter footmuff, or a windproof blanket. This way, you create a cozy, warm nest for your child and can quickly react to changing weather conditions.
