In the infant car seat, a breathable, moisture-regulating mattress with an additional mattress protector ensures a relaxed climate. In the sports seat or buggy, a reversible liner makes a big difference by absorbing moisture and ensuring air circulation. Blankets or opaque cloths hinder air circulation and should therefore be avoided on warm days.

Which accessories are necessary for your stroller depends on the season, the environment, and your individual needs. While a footmuff, cuddly inlay, and hand warmers are ideal in winter, in summer you'll need high-quality UV protection, a mosquito net, and a mattress protector. Car seat adapters, bag attachment systems, a changing bag, and a cup holder are also practical for everyday use. In winter, babies and toddlers need to be protected from cold and precipitation. A thick footmuff is particularly suitable for this, as it envelops the body in an extra-warming, cozy layer. Our carrycots already come with a high-quality mattress that is breathable, antimicrobial, and temperature-regulating. If you would like a replacement mattress, you can order it from our accessories. As an additional underlay, depending on the outside temperature, you can use a cuddly inlay, a PuckiNest, or a mattress protector.

A footmuff for the stroller is mainly needed in cold weather – especially in autumn and winter. It has a cozy inner lining and robust outer material, thus protecting against wind and cold. However, a summer footmuff can also be useful on cool summer days, especially if you want to forego a thick jacket and trousers.

All our footmuffs have slots for a 5-point harness and there is a matching, tailor-made footmuff for each model. To protect your baby in the stroller from heat and sunlight, you need suitable sun protection with a UV protection factor. For this purpose, there are special sun sails and parasols that can be attached to the stroller and shield UV radiation without disturbing the air circulation to the baby. In our Hartan range, you will find the right models for your stroller or buggy.

The ideal sun protection has a UPF of 50+, should extensively cover the pram and at the same time allow for good air circulation. There are special sun sails and parasols for this purpose, which can be easily attached to the pram and adjusted according to the position of the sun.

To keep your hands free, there are small attachment hooks on the handlebar of your stroller. Here you can easily and securely hang your changing bag, so that everything important is always within reach. For older models, the changing bag attachment can be retrofitted with item number 9922.

Every product has its advantages and disadvantages. A sun shade is stable, withstands wind better, and doesn't need to be readjusted while driving. The Sunline Plus serves as an extension of the canopy, is also very stable, and is additionally equipped with an integrated mosquito net. A parasol, on the other hand, gives the child a clearer view of the outside and can be adjusted according to the position of the sun. Many parents prefer a sun shade for young babies in the carrycot and the Sunline Plus or a parasol for the stroller. However, the best sun protection also depends on your place of residence and your personal preferences and requirements.

While lighter parasols reflect light, thus generating less heat underneath, darker colors offer slightly better protection against UV radiation. However, more important than the color of the pram sunshade is its UV protection. When buying, make sure that the product has a tested UPF 50+ sun protection factor and thus protects sensitive skin from sun exposure.

That depends entirely on your individual preferences and needs! At Hartan, you'll find innovative changing bags and changing backpacks that impress with their smart interior layout, separate compartments, dirt bag, changing mat, and more. While you can comfortably carry the backpacks on your back, the bags can be slung over your shoulder if needed. All models can also be attached directly to the pram.

Since babies under 2 years old should not use mosquito sprays and lotions, a protective net is the only way to prevent them from being stung in the stroller. At Hartan, you will find your sun protection with integrated insect protection, perfectly matched to your stroller, and also a separate mosquito net for the carrycot.

An insect net is not strictly necessary, but it is directly integrated into our sun sail and the Sunline Plus. Especially in spring and summer, when nature awakens, there are many mosquitoes, wasps and other insects outside that can disturb your baby while relaxing or sleeping. A mosquito net reliably protects against annoying bites.

Yes, with every Hartan pram model, you automatically receive a rain cover, providing a perfectly fitting solution for rainy days. If you need a replacement, you can also order the rain cover separately in our online shop.

Absolutely! Good rain protection makes you completely independent of the weather and keeps your child and stroller dry. Although the stroller's material is durable, you shouldn't make the mistake of driving without a rain cover in the rain. Too much moisture can penetrate the interior of the stroller and affect its lifespan.
