Hartan® Warranty Services

Hartan offers a minimum 2-year warranty on all prams and buggies, and a 3-year warranty on selected models. Anyone who registers their product online within 60 days of purchase receives up to a 10-year warranty, regardless of the model. The warranty applies to initial purchases from November 1, 2025, from authorized specialist dealers or the Hartan online shop.

All Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Benz and Selection Collection models (All-Terrain, AMG GT², Avantgarde, Performance, T2 City and T2 Offroad) come with a 3-year warranty. All other models are covered for 2 years. A complete overview can be found in the table at the end of this page.

Registration is done via the Hartan website and only takes a few minutes. You have 60 days from the date of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase and order number ready. Without registration, the basic warranty of 2 or 3 years applies, depending on the model.

The statutory warranty is your right against the retailer and is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The Hartan guarantee also applies, voluntarily from the manufacturer, for 2 or 3 years depending on the model, and up to 10 years upon registration. Both exist independently of each other. The guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights.

Please contact your Hartan specialist dealer or Hartan directly. Within Germany, we will collect your stroller free of charge, inspect the damage, and return the repaired product free of charge.

No. The Hartan warranty is only valid for the initial purchase of a new product from an authorised dealer or the Hartan online shop. It is not transferable. Those who buy used items are not entitled to the manufacturer's warranty.
